How the program works:
At Tapestry University Park, we value the people who make Sarasota a great place to live and work. Our Workforce Housing Program offers affordable, modern apartment homes for households earning 81–120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Designed for individuals, couples, and families at a variety of income levels, providing an incredible opportunity for prospects to live in our community at an affordable rent. Prospective tenants must provide proof of income in order to qualify for a Workforce apartment.
Documents Required:
1. Completed rental application
2. Four most recent paystubs or offer letter
3. Federal Income Taxes filed with the IRS for every household member over 18 years old for the last two years
